ABOUT THE ARTWORK
- Printed on 300 gsm glossy coated paper.
- Size: 5.8" × 8.3"
- Featuring 7 printed sheets (1 single side printed cover and 6 back to back printed sheets for months) securely bound with black wire-o binding.
SHIPPING POLICY
- All purchases will be shipped out within two business days.
- For all prepaid domestic orders over ₹999, delivery is free; a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is charged for orders below it.
- Only one address can be used for shipping orders. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to make a new order for each address.
RETURN / EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY
- To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be in its original state, and the buyer must provide a video/ photo of the product within 4 days of arrival.
- You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at pangtiart@gmail.com as soon as possible.
CUSTOMISATION
- Send your needs by Email or WhatsApp. Please be very specific in size, shape, or other inputs.
- It will take 5 to 7 days for me to dispatch handmade orders.
- In the event of any defect, I'll look into the issue and take the appropriate action.
- Note: A 40% advance payment must be made for all handmade items. In case of cancellation, if the work has already been started, there will be no refund; if not, then the refund will be initiated as soon as possible.
